We Sell Buckhead.™ We are governed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) and by the bylaws and regulations of the First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS).  Each agent or associate broker is required to maintain membership in the Atlanta Board of Realtors (ABR), the Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), which impose additional ethical standards.  Apart from those parameters, we answer only to you.  In most cases we are paid only when/if your transaction closes, so we  have a mutual interest in maximizing market exposure to ensure a quick sale.
